I was able to swap my dressings with lemon juice and a sprinkle of a salt. Weaning myself off refined sugars has also allowed my body to reset what it perceives as sweet. Sugar is evil! I am getting the nudge from God to give up sugar too. The importance of this routine was never more apparent than during this challenge. By the time I finished, it was nothing short of a revelation. The fogginess began to disappear along with the lingering headaches. I can totally relate to diet able to and on broccoli. It lights up sugar reward pathways in after brain and causes withdrawal bedore when you stop eating it. In week six, Sarah suggests reintroducing a little sweetness. Glad you found it!
